Having come from humble beginnings, I was always hungry for more. So I worked and studied, worked and studied ​until I was headhunted by British Airways to be their Corporate Account Executive. This was back in 1988. (Yes, I've been around for awhile..!)

My ambition, determination and obsession with growth never stopped and it led me to completing a Higher Masters of Science Degree in International Marketing with Strathclyde University (UK) in 1990, while pregnant with my first born. Shortly after, I was appointed Specialist Sales Manager to head Qantas (QF) and British Airways (BA) sales teams. Slowly, I climbed that corporate ladder and ended up heading the Distribution department for QF/BA before being offered a sponsored MBA at Oxford University by my Global Training Manager. 

For 14 years and 10 months, I served the airline industry so my departure could not have been more unexpected. I was made redundant with a modest severance package worth $100,000. By then, I had 2 young children and was a single mum.

What do I do now?

Forging ahead on my own path, I acquired a wealth of experience in international markets working with diverse cultures, and managed collaborations with government agencies and MNCs in various industries like FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, shipping and transportation, government agencies and institutions, education, oil and gas, hospitality and tourism among many others. Looking back, I am grateful for my experience in the airline industry which had groomed me in the areas of organisational development and change management, giving me the opportunity to hone these skills and begin running PEPWorldwide Asia Pte. Ltd.

Currently, I am the President and Chief Consultant of PEPWorldwide Asia Pte. Ltd., a professional learning and development solutions provider for multinational organisations. 

​

As the Chief Consultant and Executive Coach of PEP (Personal Efficiency Program), I have helped my clients, their businesses and corporations, as well as their employees in Peaking Everyone's Performance. With over 30 years of experience in various industries, I have witnessed the impact of executive coaching on the personal lives and happiness of my clients.

​

I believe in S.P.A.M. (Stay Positively Active and Motivated) as a personal mantra and formula to succeed in one's personal and professional life. Through my failures, I grew wiser, through my heartaches I grew stronger, through my personal and professional experiences, I strive to help and empower as many individuals as possible.
